Due to growth, my client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their skilled team. The company are a highly respected global manufacturer of specialist CNC machinery, and they are able to provide a genuine platform for growth and development.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support to customers and field-based engineers, which could range from assisting with software queries, through to troubleshooting urgent mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns.

The Role:
* Engineering Technical Support (Office)
* First-line support for customers and field-based engineers
* Trouble shooting electrical, pneumatic, software, and mechanical breakdowns
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Candidate:
* Experience in a service, maintenance or similar engineering position
* Customer Service / Technical Support experience is ideal but not necessary
* Looking for an office-based role
* Commutable to Daventry
