Contracts Manager – London – Prime Residential – Salary negotiable

Our client are a Prime Residential Refurbishment Contractor based in Holland Park, West London that are looking for a contracts manager to join their team.

Projects you will be involved with:

* 2-3 Prime residential refurbishment projects

* Sub-contractor packages

Duties for a Contracts Manager:

* Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

* Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies

* Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

* Reporting to Directorship on status and progress of projects
