About the Role
We are delighted to offer a rewarding position for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our valued client, a well-regarded school located in Brierley Hill. This is an school based role where you will be working closely with children who face various challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Students: Assist children with Autism, ADHD, ASD, and challenging behaviours
Nurturing Environment: Provide a calm and nurturing presence to help de-escalate situations
EHCP Experience: Implement and follow Education, Health and Care Plans effectively
Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress and development.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified TA: Must hold relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications
Experience: Previous experience working with special educational needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, and ASD
Calm and Nurturing: Ability to handle challenging behaviour with a calm and nurturing approach
EHCP Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in working with Education, Health and Care Plans
Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff.
