Asset & Sustainability Coordinator / Asset & Energy Data Officer

Salary £28,923 Per Annum Plus Benefits

Permanent, Full Time

37 hours per week (Monday – Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)

Thrive Homes is looking for an Asset and Sustainability Coordinator who will focus on data quality, primarily our property data and also supporting the analysis of our sustainability data. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in business transformation projects and other sustainability initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

*

Provide high-quality proactive data handling services to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability within the Asset Management System (Keystone) and Energy Modelling Software (Intelligent Energy).

*

Collaborate closely with the Asset Team Administrators to validate and import data on completed works into Keystone.

*

Support data cleansing project to revise historical property data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

*

Assist in the adoption of data quality control software (IntoZetta) and lead in the continual improvement of data quality following go live.

*

Collate energy efficiency data from various sources such as EPCs and stock condition surveys, to ensure Keystone and Intelligent Energy are up to date.

*

Assist the Environment & Sustainability (E&S) Lead with funding bids related to retrofit programs.

*

Support the E&S Lead during carbon foot printing exercises.

*

Provide analysis of environmental data for annual ESG reporting.

*

Foster strong working relationships with colleagues to promote collaboration.

*

Undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as your line manager/senior manager requires.

Requirements:

*

You may be a recent graduate or looking to develop your skills and experience in the asset and sustainability fields.

*

You can demonstrate a track record of delivery against our key deliverables or a foundation on which can be built to fulfil the full brief.

*

Excellent IT skills using standard Microsoft packages are essential and knowledge of asset data systems or other specialist software programmes are desirable.

*

Demonstrable experience in data management through professional qualification or worked experience is important.

*

Holding a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
