Job Title: Finishing Manager

Location: Harbourside, Bristol

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a high-quality residential project on the Bristol Harbourside. This role involves ensuring the completion of all internal finishes for 12 flats, along with overseeing any required external works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all internal finishing works across 12 residential flats.

- Oversee external works as required to ensure quality standards.

- Liaise with subcontractors and trades to maintain timelines and project goals.

- Ensure a high-quality finish, maintaining health and safety standards on site.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, ideally on residential or high-spec projects.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.

Position Details:

- Start Date: First week of November

- Duration: Until the start of December
