Night Shift: Export Customs Administrator

Location: Near Maldon

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift - Tuesday to Friday (6 am - 6 pm), opportunity for remote once fully trained

What You'll Do:

Prepare and review customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists).
Collaborate with exporters and internal teams to gather information.
Enter export shipment details into customs software (NCTS, NES).
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain data accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

What You Need:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience in customs or international logistics is essential.
