Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to continued expansion, this established real estate and planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work as part of their established Essex based Planning team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial and tourism sectors.

Skills & Experience Required:

Must be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI
Planning experience in the private sector is advanteagous however local authority experience will also be considered
A full driving licence is requiredDuties:

Managing concurrently running projects
Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations
Submitting planning applications and appeals
Liaising with clients and local authorities
