Interim Senior Active Travel Project Manager
Location: North London
Rate: £34.49 per hour (umbrella)

A Local Authority is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping North London's cycling infrastructure. This interim position focuses on managing and expanding the Council's successful bike hangar programme. Key responsibilities include overseeing rental processes, managing supplier relationships, handling maintenance operations, and driving the implementation of innovative online solutions to streamline operations. You’ll be leading a team of three to deliver high-quality services to the community.

Key Areas of Expertise:

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service as the point of contact for bike hangar users.
Project Management: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of the bike hangar programme.
Report Writing: Prepare detailed project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Team Management: Lead and support a team of three, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Procurement and Governance: Ensure compliance with council policies, managing supplier contracts effectively.
