Carbon60 are working with an international airport who are searching for a Reward Advisor to support with the delivery of all cyclical pay and incentive plans. This includes annual salary reviews, pay deals, out of cycle salary reviews, annual bonuses, and long term incentive plans.
Main Responsibilities
Working with relevant stakeholders to support launches, creation of materials, colleague communications, calculating and drafting communications for performance updates, accruals, calculate cost estimates, determine and calculate payouts (including individual calculations), and complete impact analysis.
Reconciliation of system generated incentive plan calculations.
Calculation of Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Pay Gap, and CEO Pay Ratio; and input into the drafting for the externally published report.
Conduct annual Equal Pay Audit and present findings and recommendations internally.
Updating and maintenance of salary ranges, including system set up and reconciliation.
Accurate completion of job evaluations within required SLA.
Manage the job evaluation process ensuring it is fit for purpose, efficient, and delivers stakeholder requirements.
Salary Approvals, ensuring they are completed consistently, accurately, aligned with reward principles, and within SLA.
Responsibility for ad hoc market data survey submissions and outputs.
Regular reporting (including Remuneration Committee).
Undertake regular pay analysis, present findings, and make recommendation
Undertake analysis and modelling of compensation data as required to support business requirements.
Review reward governance and processes to ensure compliance across the business.
Ownership for Compensation pages on the intranet, ensuring that they are complete and accurate at all time.
Delivery of reward learning across the business.
Required
Relevant compensation experience, including market data, salary reviews, incentive plans, salary approvals, and job evaluations.
Confident with MS Excel and working with large data sets.
Able to manipulate, merge, analyse, and present data - including lookups, pivot tables, and graphs for
Strong analytical skills.
Experienced in working at a fast pace with conflicting priorities.
Awareness of GDPR and how data must be handled to ensure compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
Self-starter.
Desirable
Oracle HR systems (Fusion HCM).

Job Type: Permanent (full-time).
Salary: £52,000 + benefits + annual bonus.
Office Location: West London.
