Property Manager

Salary: up to £30k per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday-Friday

Permanent Role

Are you a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills? Are you highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a desire to help others? Our client is looking for a competent individual with the ability to work well under pressure to join their vibrant team as a property manager.

The Key Duties of the Property Manager

Finding new tenants and handling tenant turnover
Manage the move-in process for new tenants and oversee the onboarding of new properties
Conduct property inspections, organise move-out procedures, and handle post-tenancy works
Handling first level tenant complaints
Ensure all properties meet regulatory requirements, including health, safety and legal requirements
Making regular 'check-in' calls with landlords

The Key Requirements of the Property Manager

Experience within a property management role is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
