Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor
Salary: £40K - £65K
Location: Cardiff, hybrid.
Hours: Full time

Overview:
A Top Tier regional modern Leading Law firm is looking for an experienced Regulatory/criminal Solicitor. They are considering applications from 2PQE -10 PQE. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture. This firm is Vibrant and full of opportunities.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Work on behalf of businesses of all sizes other organisations in a wide rang of regulatory and criminal law matters.
* Acting on behalf of the Welsh government, Local Authorities and other regulators.
* Working on Contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Advising on prosecutions and regulatory investigations
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation
* Accident investigation
* Crisis management support
* Drafting written representation to regulatory bodies

Experience Required:
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent. Latest 2 years PQE in Regulatory/criminal law.
* This role is well suited to a regulatory lawyer with experience across the areas of Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests and Product Liability/recall.
* Experienced gained in Private Practice or In House welcome.
* Ambitious and driven, looking to develop their practice
* Criminal & Court advocacy & case preparation.
* Conducting prosecution
* Advice to tribunals
* Provide regulatory advice to companies and public authorities like health and safety.
