Are you an experienced and proactive HR Advisor who is proficient in supporting senior leaders across multiple sites. As a HR Advisor you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service, particularly in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
What you will be doing:
Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders on a range of issues, including attendance, conduct, grievance, and performance matters.
Manage your own caseload, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with policies.
Lead on the management of sickness absence and welfare, offering insights and advice.
Produce attendance reports and support senior leaders through reviews, hearings, and appeals.
Advise on investigations related to conduct and grievance matters, ensuring consistency with the organisation’s policies.
Deliver training on HR policies and contribute to projects such as restructures and TUPE exercises.
Maintain up-to-date records and stay informed on relevant employment legislation.Requirements:
CIPD qualification.
Significant HR advisory experience, particularly in case management and employee relations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A good understanding of employment law, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
