Fawkes & Reece are recruiting a site manager for a 5* star house builder who are market leaders in the residential industry.

You will be a freelance site manager on a large site based in Stoke on Trent, Alsager. You must have experience in new building housing and hold all valid tickets including SMSTS, First aid and a cscs card. Working under a contracts manager, you will be responsible for looking after all packages and sub contractors on site, ensuring site is running smoothly and on target.

The rate is £26.00 CIS and is based on 9 hour working days.
