Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager with regional or main contracting experience to deliver a £5m commercial project. Taking control of the whole project lifecycle, initial site based in Bideford, North Devon.

With a regional office in Exeter and sustain pipeline of work locally this will suit someone living in Mid / North Devon as projects will be local and as far as Exeter. You will be supported by a visiting Contracts Manager and an experienced commercial team.

The role:

* Project lifecycle management – site set up through to delivery and hand over

* Management of the site team and sub-contractors

* Site safety inspection, ensure compliance and regulations are always adhered to

* Site reporting, chairing progress meetings etc.

* Quality checks

* Client liaison

What you need:

* Experience as a number one on projects up to £5m – D&B experience ideally

* Good IT skills and experience of using construction management applications

* SMSTS, CSCS, FAW, trade or academic qualification considered

* Full UK driving license

* Continuity with previous employers is a must!
