Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader

Hourly Rate: £13.41 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: The Kite Bar and Restaurant at Denham Garden Village, Uxbridge

Job Purpose:

To ensure a high-quality food and beverage service is delivered to customers, in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements, while providing an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver excellent customer service and promote services within the bar, restaurant.

* Lead the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.

* Ensure adherence to all licensing legislation and health & safety requirements.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

* Knowledge of licensing legislation.

* Understanding of the needs of older people.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong leadership and management capabilities.

* Cash reconciliation experience, full training provided.

* A proactive, “can do” attitude.

* You must be able to reliably commute

Experience and Qualifications:

* Experience in restaurant and bar or similar service in the licensed trade
