Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students aged 9-19 who have autism spectrum conditions or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. In this role, you will work closely with students to help them engage with their learning, manage their emotional and social development, and overcome barriers to education. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working with students with autism spectrum conditions or SEMH

* A compassionate and patient approach, with strong interpersonal skills

* Experience supporting students aged 9-19 years

* The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning plans
