Job title: Assistant Spa Manager

Salary: 13.25 GBP p/hr

Charge for accommodation: 75.00 GBP per week

Hours: 40 p/w spread over 5 days (including weekends)

Workplace description: This hotel features a spa, 2 swimming pools and a popular restaurant. The elegant rooms have modern, en suite bathrooms with free toiletries.

The Restaurant offers formal dining and a seasonal menu, and the casual Terrace Lounge has wonderful views. The hotel also has impressive health facilities, with a fitness centre and sauna. Exmoor National Park is only a 20-minute drive away and Dartmoor National Park can be reached in an hour.

As Assistant Spa Manager at Source Spa, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in all aspects of the spa operations, supporting the team and in driving key elements such as marketing & promotions, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training. Along with the Spa Manager you will play a key role in the Source Spa's brand vision, success and guest expectations.

What are we looking for?

To apply for the role Assistant Spa Manager, you will need the following qualifications:

* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a busy spa is preferred, however not essential

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

* Flexibility to work to the hours and needs of the business including shifts, weekend and Bank Holiday work as well as covering shifts due to illness

* Positive and friendly attitude to your colleagues, superiors and guests

* Effective communication with staff and clients

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cover treatments and Spa Attendant duties when required

* Strong interpersonal skills

* A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adhere to uniform requirements
