Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for a Production/Warehouse Operative - FLT qualified for a long term position near Watton. 

Working Hours: 

Monday to Thursday 08h00 - 17h00
Friday 08h00 - 15h00 however there may be requirements to stay up to 5pm due to deliveries/collections.
Must have Counter Balance Licence and ideally Pivot Steer 
Pay: £12.25 per hour 

Working under the day to day control of the Production Planner and reporting to Technical Supervisor, the position of Production/Warehouse Operative – (FLT qualified) is to provide support through all areas of production and in accordance with business and customer needs. 

Duties:

Loading and unloading lorries using FLT
Replenish pick face location for componentry
Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around storage facility
Ensure 100% compliance with stock rotation ensuring correct version numbers being picked in accordance with kitting sheets/manufacturing orders
mixing of IBC’s as instructed
Checking incoming/outgoing goods and verifying.
Maintenance of FLT’s and performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks battery and  lubricating equipment and raising any maintenance or safety issues immediately with management
FLT general work around site and general housekeeping ensuring all areas of site are clean and tidy on a regular basis.  May involve use of powered sweeper
General duties around the site
To have a flexible approach to work in order to meet changing business requirements (ie holiday cover, shift change cover etc)
Line work when required as per needs of the business
Fully co-operate with site management
Compliance to Health and Safety rules at all times
Compliance to all company policies, practices and standard operating procedures and to work within the guidelines as stated
