Excellent opportunity on offer for an experienced HR Manager looking to work for a well established, market leading company where you will be pivotal in the day to day running whilst being responsible for all HR activities in this multi-site role.

Due to their success and recent growth they are experiencing, they are actively looking for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal in driving the company towards its goals.

The role will be a challenging role with a focus on building key relationships, reviewing and developing current HR strategies and creating long term strategies including but not limited to employee relations, compliance and learning and development.

The ideal candidate will be a HR Manager with a desire to play a pivotal role in the growth of a global business. You will be looking to get your foot in the door in a market leading company, offering full training and progression within the role.

Position:

HR Manager
Reviewing and developing existing HR strategies
Responsible for Employee development, disciplinaries and appraisals
£54'000 - £58'000 + Bonus (15%) + Development + Pension + Progression Person:

HR Manager open to a multi site role
Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing site is advantageous
Looking for progression and training
Will to commute to Cannock
