Job Title: Project Manager - Civils and Groundworks

Location: East Suffolk

Salary: £450 - £475 Per Day INSIDE IR35

Job Type: Full-Time - Ongoing Contract

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civils and Groundworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.

* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

* Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.

* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

* Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

* Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in Civils and Groundworks.

* Experience managing large-scale projects.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
