Quantity Surveyor – Ministry of Defence

This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to work within an established MOD Government projects division. The role will be to work on a freelance contract basis for a minimum period of 6 months and is likely to lead to a permanent salaried position.

This position has good flexibility being a hybrid role of which you will manage your working week between the office in Buckinghamshire, projects you are involved with and home. 

The ideal candidate for this leading main contractor would be familiar with MOD government projects however, not essential. A good knowledge of the NEC contract is essential for this Quantity Surveyor role, and you will also need a wide range of project experience with various refurbishment, new build and fitout projects.

You will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and must live within a reasonable commute to Buckinghamshire and the projects. This company will not offer sponsorship, and you must have a right to work in the UK.
