This position is in the Blackpool area, easily commutable by car or public transport.

Salary and benefits

* Customer Service Advisor

* £24,500 P/A

* 8am - 5pm

* Monday to Friday (1 Saturday in 5 - Half Day)

The Role

* Liaising with other departments

* Dealing with Customer enquiry's

* Liaising with Customers via telephone and email

* Ensuring the Customers receive top quality customer service

* General admin duties

* Working as part of the larger Customer Service team
