Service Advisor – Maternity Cover (12-Month Contract) – Potential to Go Permanent
Our client, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract covering maternity leave, with the potential for a permanent position thereafter.
Key Details:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (30-minute lunch)
1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 – 14:00
On Target Earnings: £32,000
Annual Leave: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
Training: Full academy training providedRole Overview: The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth aftersales experience. Responsibilities include:

Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
Providing updates on vehicle progress and advising on additional work if required
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
