Key Responsibilities

Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support students during classroom activities.
Provide tailored support to students, including one-to-one sessions and small group work, to help them thrive academically and socially.
Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
Support the monitoring of student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
Contribute to the organization of school initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience.
About You

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for education, and a commitment to helping secondary students succeed.
Essential Requirements:

Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A supportive and proactive attitude, with a focus on student development and wellbeing.
A full UK driving licence is desirable to support flexibility in working across the school and potentially other locations.
