Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and classroom organization.

* Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.

* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

* Help implement behaviour strategies and promote engagement.

* Collaborate with colleagues to create Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

* Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable.

* Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.

* Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.

* Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred but not essential.
