About You:
* Proven experience in domiciliary care management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of care standards and regulations.
* A compassionate, empathetic approach to care.
* A valid driving license (preferred).
