My client are a leading brand that facilitate regeneration development and residential construction across the UK, now looking for a proven Senior Contracts Manager to work on multiple schemes along the M3 Corridor.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Timber Frame construction and experience of multi-scheme delivery but either/or would still be highly desirable if from a slightly different background.

With my clients reputation and their work winning abilities, they already have 1000 homes secured for 2026 and once proven, career progression to Head of Construction and the Number 2 to the Regional Director.
