Job advert: Head of Asset Management
Location: London
Salary: £650 inside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Assets to oversee the delivery of a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy. This role will be responsible for managing long-term investment planning, ensuring value-for-money initiatives, and leading sustainability-focused stock interventions.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of a 5-year and 30-year financial asset management plan.

Lead strategic investment planning and stock interventions across a large asset portfolio.

Manage data requirements, including stock condition and energy efficiency programmes.

Ensure investment programmes align with financial and regulatory targets.

Maintain 100% compliance.

Lead and develop a team within the Strategic Asset Management function.

Client requirements:

Substantial experience in asset management and investment planning.

Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices, including retrofit strategies.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage and interpret complex data for decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management databases.

Full driving licence or ability to travel as required.
