About You

I am seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join a Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Liverpool. The ideal candidate for this Senior Civil Engineer will have:

Extensive UK design consultancy experience across a variety of sectors
Strong client liaison skills and commercial awareness
Knowledge of Section Agreements (278, 38, 185, 104)
Proficiency with design software, including AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or similar
A hands-on approach, actively engaging in design, project management, and delivery
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
A minimum of 6 years of industry experience and the ambition to take the next step in your careerKey responsibilities of this Senior Civil Engineering role include:

Project Leadership: Manage and oversee the design and execution of civil engineering projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical guidance on civil engineering aspects
Design and Analysis: Develop detailed designs and calculations, utilising engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other industry-standard tools.
Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing regular updates on project progress.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and plans adhere to industry codes, regulations, and best practices, including Section Agreements such as 278, 38, 104, and more.
Mentorship and Development: Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance on technical and project management skills and supporting their career development.Salary and Benefits
