We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to work as a Trainee FLT Operative for a busy distribution centre in Tamworth B78 3HJ.

This training course is 3 weeks in duration. On completion you will be awarded a AITT Reach Truck or VNA license and you will also be guaranteed an interview for the role of FLT driver at Tamworth with Challenge-trg Recruitment.

Training times are as follows:

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm
Week 3 - Monday to Friday, either 6am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm. Warehouse Qualification, what will you learn:

Understand how to receive and store goods and materials
Understand how to process orders and dispatch goods
Understand how to deliver effective customer service
Understand health, safety, security and legislation
Understand how to be an effective team workerFLT Qualification you will receive:

AITT Reach or AITT VNA

Guaranteed Interview and job on completion of the course. Job information:

Your pay rate as a FLT Reach Driver:

Day shift: £12.14 per hour
Night shift: £13.36 per hour
Overtime for Day shift: £16.55 per hour
Overtime for Night shift: £17.77 for nights
You will also receive a bonus payment for every hour working on a Reach or VNA truck.Typical hours as a FLT Reach Driver:

You will be working 3 days on 3 days off shift on either the Day shift, from 6am until 6pm or Night shift from 6pm until 6am.
