Job Title: Gas Maintenance and Plumbing Engineer (Commercial)

Job Description:

As a Gas Maintenance and Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial gas and plumbing systems in a variety of properties across London and the South, The role involves ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory standards, diagnosing faults, repairs and providing high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems, boilers, and associated equipment.

• Carry out plumbing work, including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting in commercial properties.

• Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and all relevant health and safety standards.

• Diagnose and resolve faults promptly to minimize downtime for clients.

• Collaborate with other engineers and contractors as required for larger projects.

• Complete and maintain detailed service records and reports.

• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements:

• Gas Safe registered with qualifications in commercial gas work (e.g., COCN1, ICPN1).

• Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance and plumbing.

• Strong knowledge of gas regulations and safety standards in the UK.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Full UK driving license
