Position: Site Manager / Project Manager

Day Rate: £330 - £400 Depending on experience / level and qualification
Seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to help support the Project Director in overseeing a refurbishment of hotel & leisure facility, its outbuildings, new racquet courts, a swimming pool, and extensive landscaping. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• The role involves managing an element of the project programme, from site operations to client liaison, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining quality control.
• You will be responsible for budget management, contract administration, and leading the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Regular progress reporting and proactive risk management will be essential to the role.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required,
• 5 years of experience in site or project management.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-value refurbishment projects, particularly within historic or listed buildings.
The candidate should be proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands. A strong sense of integrity and professionalism is also required
