Job Duties Include:

- Liaising with the workshop to monitor parts needs

- Telephone Sales orders and queries

- Communicate with parts centres to order and gauge updates on deliveries

- Work with the service advisors to inform them of parts required on certain tasks

- Providing excellent customer service showcasing the company and maintaining high standards

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years Parts experience is essential

- Customer Service and Attitude is key for this role

- Excellent communication skills and professional manner

- Must be a team player and have a desire to succeed

As a valued team member you will be the forefront of providing up to date knowledge and excellent customer service over the phone. You will be joining an established and expanding business who work with businesses nationwide. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays mornings up until lunchtime (Paid at overtime), you will be rewarded with a fantastic salary basic of £27k plus a bonus on top of this!
