Part Time Finance Administrator

£25-28k salary (pro rata – 20 hours a week)

Think Trevor James are looking for a Finance Administrator to work Part-Time for our client that has been farming in the heart of England for six generations. Based in Shenstone, Staffordshire they grow fresh carrots and parsnips, handpicked daily straight from the fields and supply to some of the best-known supermarket brands.

They are looking for someone to work part-time in their Finance department and can be very flexible on the hours and days that are worked to suit the successful candidate. The role could accommodate someone that would like to work around school hours or three days a week.

Essential attributes:

* Attention to detail

* Experience processing purchase ledger invoices

* Confident with internet banking

* Confident with standard Excel functions

* Driving license required due to rural location

Desirable attributes:

* Experience of VAT submissions

* Experience of accruals & prepayments

* Knowledge of SAGE payroll

* Knowledge of pension schemes

* Confident with export/import of csv files
