Job Title: Dispatch Operative
Location: Bicester
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Bicester. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

* Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation

* Loading and unloading deliveries as required

* Keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferred

* Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

* Ability to lift and move goods as required

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Reliable and punctual
