Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)
Location: Cleeve, Somerset
Salary: £41,300 (raising to £44,500 after probation)
Hours: Full-time, shift-based (no weekends)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment?

We’re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and rapidly expanding business that manufacturer components to a wide range of market sectors, such as engineering and construction.

What you'll be doing:

* Electrical maintenance on 3-phase motors, inverters/drives, and control systems

* Mechanical tasks including bearing changes, hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance, and seal replacements

* Fault finding, repairs, and improvements across a variety of production equipment

* Proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure production efficiency

What we’re looking for:

* A multi-skilled maintenance background with strong electrical and mechanical expertise

* Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and mechanical components

* Ideally apprentice-trained or holding a similar relevant qualification

* A practical, problem-solving approach and a keen eye for detail

Package

* £41,300 per year (raising to £44,500 after 3-6 month probation)

* 12 hour shifts days and nights (no weekends)

* 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

* Pension scheme
