Job title: Account Manager
Location: Vitacress Salads (St Marybourne, Andover) - Minimum of 3 days per week from the office.
Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Hours: 40
Contract type: Permanent.

As our Account Manager you will be the primary contact for our customers, responsible for growing and nurturing the relationship and have direct influence over their experience with Vitacress Salads. You will have the opportunity to build and establish relationships within key areas of the customers business including supply chain, finance, technical, innovation, and category planning.
One of the many exciting parts about this role will be for you to have the chance to oversee and lead on account management, manage communication and the relationship with customer in a pro-active, appropriate, and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for customers of Vitacress Salads UK business for own label and Steve’s Leaves brand.
* Be the champion of customer service.
* Coordinate extensively internally and externally to optimise output and align the business to customer expectations.
* Work closely with the category team to develop sales opportunities.
* Work in partnership with all departments / colleagues to provide support across the account.
* Work closely with the Innovation and category development team to deliver EPD and NPD and onboarding of new SKU’s.
* Track performance progress through weekly/ monthly reporting.
* Perform timely administration and forward planning to support objective delivery.
* Build in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business, all departmental areas and the value chain.
* Deliver results as per budget and KPI targets.
* Drive profit improvement initiatives in all customers.
* Develop annual customer strategies, align stakeholders and translate into successful results.
You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being able to prioritise with the strength of character to deliver tasks to tight deadlines. Being self motivated with a strong goal and results orientation will be the key to success.
Previous commercial customer facing experience, as well as experience of working with UK retailers in a commercial capacity is essential for the role.
