IMMEDIATE HIRE - REVIT - EAST MIDLANDS

Busy East Midlands practice near Newark are in need of a new team member to join them at an exciting time. We are considering a range of profiles from Part 2s, Architects or Architectural Technologists/Technicians.

This small practice have significant medium sized housing developments on the go and it's the right time for them to bring in a new team member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants key involvement on projects through the RIBA stages.

Key responsibilities:

- Producing drawings at both planning and technical stage using Revit.
- Ability to work without too much support.

Experience:

- At least 3 years UK practical experience.
- Revit proficiency is essential as there won't be the opportunity to be taught.
- A background working on multi-unit residential (either high rise or low rise) is very much favoured.

On Offer:

- A permanent role with competitive salary relevant to previous experience. Likely in the £30,000 - £40,000 range.
- Immediate start with live projects to jump straight onto.
- The role is based from their studio near Newark with flexible working a possibility after probation period.
