Barker Ross are recruiting for a very desirable Office Admin position based in the LE8 Whetstone area.
This company prides themselves on being a one stop solution for calibrations for various industrial tools and equipment.
This is a temp to perm position.
Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
· Various aspects of processing invoices
· Reviewing customer orders and service requirements
· General admin duties such as filing, scanning and uploading documents
· Updated and generating reports related to customer service activities
· Providing excellent levels of customer service both over the phone and emailing
· Ad Hoc Admin Duties
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Excellent alpha-numeric skills and ability to work quickly and accurately
· Good at working to deadlines
· Multi-tasking skills
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
