Job Title: Health & Safety Administrator
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £23k - £31k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Administrator in the West Yorkshire area, for our well-regarded Client. The position includes a wide range of duties and these will be adjusted in order to adapt in accordance with company requirements, so candidates with a well-rounded and flexible skill set would suit this role. Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Administrator for a well-established Compliance / Health & Safety / Environmental outfit
- Qualifications and training pertaining to Health & Safety (such as NEBOSH general) would be beneficial but not essential
- Organised and efficient work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient working across a range of software, such as Office applications

The Role:
- Maintaining and building relationships with Clients; answering enquiries in a timely manner, providing updates and arranging appointments
- Liaising with site staff members and contractors to arrange appointments
- Working to agreed KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring contractual requirements are met
- Updating the company's internal databases and records
- Acting as the first point of contact for site staff and Clients
- Providing administrative support to management and site staff as required
