Studio Operator – Artwork, Repro, and Flexo Retouch

Are you an experienced Studio Operator with expertise in artwork, reprographics, and flexo retouching?

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills and creativity will make a real impact? On behalf of our client based in Louth we’re seeking a talented Studio Operator to join the team full-time

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the highest quality standards in all client deliverables.
Produce accurate, consistent, and timely artwork, utilizing industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
Complete tasks within the Production workflow following required
specifications, SOPs, and client brand guidelines.
Deliver top-quality reprographics tailored to printer specifications.
Execute Flexo and color retouching to meet client targets and standards.
Support additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in pre-press or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Proficiency with Apple Mac systems and software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
