Due to expansion, we’re looking for a Client Account Manager who will focus on building relationships with new clients and expanding existing accounts.

This role involves identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring client needs are met effectively.

* Based in Wimbledon

* Up to £28,000 salary (DOE) + bonus

Job Description:

* Research and identify potential business opportunities within your assigned territory.

* Assess and capitalise on opportunities for new client engagement.

* Identify key contacts within both new and existing business accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.

* Maintain regular communication with key contacts as needed.

* Arrange and conduct initial consultations and meetings with clients.

* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

* Support the resolution of client concerns or complaints as needed.

Person Specification:

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

* Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

* Collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues when needed.

* Goal-oriented, ambitious, and determined to achieve success.

* Persuasive with a problem-solving mindset, focused on providing effective solutions.

* Proficient in account management, data analysis, and accurate reporting.
