Compliance Administrator
Location: NG2 (Hybrid Role)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

Why This Role is Important
Reporting to the Framework Manager, the Compliance Administrator plays a crucial role in providing high-level support to legal departments. You'll manage allocated frameworks, client accounts, and service levels while exceeding internal and external client expectations. Working closely with framework teams, fee earners, central teams, and external clients, this position is central to ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Framework Management:
Review Framework Agreements to document client-specific protocols and processes.
Provide training to support teams and monitor ongoing compliance.
Act as a central point of contact for framework queries.
Client Account Management:
Maintain accurate client account plans and internal housekeeping.
Submit and coordinate regular MI reports across departments.
Produce reports assessing service levels/KPIs and delivery.
Manage and update client portals in line with their requirements.
Revenue & Audits:
Support revenue management, billing, and provide high-level updates to clients.
Assist with client audits and ensure seamless coordination.
Client Interaction:
Act as a point of contact in the absence of the client partner.
Attend internal and external meetings, advising on framework requirements and responsibilities.
General Duties:
Assist with tender processes and produce routine/confidential correspondence.
Travel to other offices as required.
Perform any other duties aligned with the role.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, including contract documentation.
Proficiency in IT systems for generating and editing reports.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.Key Competencies:
Experience in client relationship/account management.
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage relationships at all levels.
Effective communicator who delivers exceptional client service.
