We are recruiting for two Supervisors to join a new boutique coming to Bicester Village. Working in a small team you will be support the brand in promoting their products and providing a luxury service to all customers.

As a supervisor you will aid in the motivation and efficiency of the team, developing strong brand knowledge and taking on responsibility of opening and closing the boutique and till systems.

These are full time positions on a temporary basis that will require 5 out of 7 days, with hours to match Bicester Village opening hours.

Duties of the Supervisor:

* Open and close the boutique.

* Set up and closedown tills.

* Bespoke gift wrapping.

* Customer support with sizing, prints and styles.

* Maintain a tidy and organise boutique.

* Manage stock replenishment.

* Process orders on the Shopify system.

Personal Attributes:

* Problem solving and resolution skills.

* Previous experience within a luxury retail sales environment and supervisory role.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Teamwork and motivation skills.

* Develop brand knowledge and understand changing trends.

* Be flexible and able to support with additional hours as required.

Offering £14.00 per hour, this is an exciting opportunity to work for a luxury brand over the festive period.
