Starting salary from £30,000 per annum however this is negotiable pending experience and current earnings (applicants on a higher wage are encouraged to apply!)

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 8:15am-5:15pm with a half-hour lunch

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £30,000 with OTE £35,000.

Duties of a Workshop Controller:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workThe Successful Workshop Controller will:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role; or be working as a Vehicle Technician and looking to take the next step in their career
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
