Astute's Power team is partnering with a construction company who is one of the UK's premier concrete frame contractors to recruit a Project Manager for its site in Birmingham.

The Project Manager role comes with a salary ranging between £75,000 to £110,000 depending on experience plus a bonus and a benefits package.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

Be capable of overseeing RC Frame & Groundwork packages on residential and commercial projects.
Manage package sizes vary from £10m up to £60m+
Have an engineering background that have worked predominantly for concrete frame & groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
Mange the complete concrete frame construction with all the associated groundworks and foundations.
Be responsible to keep the project to programme while maintaining safety and controlling the budget.
Confident in a client facing role with paperwork duties

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid
Full UK Driving License
Personal skills

Technically minded and has a proven background seeing these packages through from planning stages through to completion
