Are you an experienced Mortgage Underwriter ready to take your career to the next level? Our client ,a fast-growing business specialising in supporting Independent Mortgage Brokers, is looking for driven individuals to join our in-house mortgage desk for complex and packaged cases.

? What You'll Do:

Process Decisions in Principle and manage mortgage applications
Review documents like credit reports, bank statements, payslips, tax returns, and more
Assess applicants' financial risk and ensure accuracy in all paperwork
Build strong relationships with brokers and customers
Escalate applications for managerial approval as needed? What You Bring:

Mortgage underwriting/assisting experience
Excellent credit knowledge and attention to detail
Ability to structure mortgage applications and submit to the right lenders
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering client outcomes
