£18,000 - £33,000 DOE

Permanent full time role

Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, an established insurance firm. Our client is open to taking on an Apprentice, Customer Service Advisor or a Customer Service Supervisor; this will be dependent upon experience.

As a member of the customer service team, you would be the primary point of contact for all customers dealing with customer queries, policy changes, claims and everything in between!

Duties:

Advise all customers on insurance policies and requirements.

Identify cross selling opportunities and take part in sales activities.

Build a strong knowledge of company products.

Sustaining a good level of working relationship with customers and other employees.

File customer claims following the correct company protocol and procedures.

The successful candidate must have/be:

Previous customer service experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Have great telephone manner.

Well organised.

Strong IT skills.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Previous experience in the insurance sector (essential requirement for the supervisor role).
