The Job
Saddlers are recruiting for a Site Supervisor 
Location
Covering sites in Hampshire, Kent and Sussex
The ideal candidate will be based on M23/ Kent corridor and willing to travel 1-1.5hrs to the furthest sites when necessary.

Salary/ type of employment
£45k a year plus van, after 3 months can be given option to change from van to car allowance if preferred
Permanent package available. 

Experience
Essential

Experience on large civils and water projects 
Working on Southern Water projects- Hampshire/ Kent/ Sussex 
The role is working on reservoirs however the ideal candidate does not necessarily need this exact experience but experience in clean water/ mains renewal/ water proofing and concrete repairs.  
You’ll hold a certificate in Site Safety Management (or attended a 5-day course) and CSCS card 
With a track record of leading teams full of different personalities, you’ll combine your excellent site knowledge with commercial nous to minimise cost and maximise value during project construction phases.
You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office packages to complete requirement administration and contribute to basic project/programme management skills.
