* Working out of a luxury shopping centre based in Dartford.

Your new role

* Dealing with contractors, engaging daily with them.

* Logging jobs - ppm + reactive

* Signing contractors into and out of the building.

* Chasing up if tasks/jobs are not completed.

* Answering phone queries, emails etc.

* Using a CAFM System

What you need

* Relevant experience in the above.

Pay

* £17p/h Umbrella PAYE

Perm £25,000 a year
